IERNSTERBAACH

The residence is built  on a wooden soft slope above with a small stream down below,  and in the middle of a residential area.

This unifamiliale house in a bioclimatic design, is the result of working on the sun exposure, direct and indirect, partly buried, with green roofing and recovery of  rain waters for  the water basin in the garden and the plant wall.

From this environmental perspective, the used materials are Bleures stones of Belgium and some Wood of France.

This design was chosen amongst other submissions in this competition of private architecture for the following points:

The courtyard, the facade which shelters the view of the neighbours and the zones and volumes separated between the areas of stays, that of parents and that of children.

The home has a certain reputation in neighbourhood and is classified as " The UFO ".
